Caring for someone with Alzheimer’s disease, a related dementia or any chronic illness can present many challenges and overwhelming responsibilities and take a significant toll on a caregiver’s health. This group will focus on protecting your health and happiness while caring for a loved one with any chronic health condition. This in-person support group is aimed at facilitating a connection between caregivers who can help each other along their journey, allowing them to share their stories, questions, answers, emotions and more.
Reservations are required. Please call 321.434.7625 to make a reservation to attend this in-person support group.
