Every day at the Brevard Alzheimer’s Foundation, people living with Alzheimer’s walk through our doors and remember what it feels like to belong. To laugh during an activity. To recognize a routine. To be seen as more than their diagnosis. That’s the power of Joe’s Club — adult day services designed around what works: socialization, structure, and genuine care.
And we don’t stop there. We serve caregivers through support groups and education. We bring respite into homes. We remove transportation barriers. We treat this disease like the family challenge it is — because no one in Brevard County should face Alzheimer’s alone.

The Brevard Alzheimer’s Foundation is the home of the nationally renowned Joe’s Club. Our three facilities serve over 100 clients a day in a safe, secure and stable environment. Clients from all walks of life spend the day with us for a planned day of fun, food, fitness and friendship.
